Stressed Out: Part Two
This is the type of stress that I have (I was suppose to post this last week but I was busy) - Clearly, I have Hyperstress which is, according to the handouts given to us by our Health teacher, another type of negative stress.
- It comes when a person is forced to undertake or undergo more than he or she can take.
- A stressful job that overworks an individual will cause that individual to face hyperstress.
- A person with this type of stress may tend to react to even the littlest of stressors (source of stress) with hugh emotional outbreaks
- This can lead to serious emotional and physical repercussions.
(source: www.stressfocus.com)
All in all, I can't take it anymore. You might ask why do I complain and yet have time writing this entry . . . well loss of interest, I guess. And this makes me feel better and organize and it helps me with my everyday activities. The thing is, I need to do my health homework (art of cramming, I should write a book about it) and I've loss interest in it. No one can blame me, the topic that I've brought up is still related to Health. I'm in the verge of falling asleep and failing to do my homework. Damn me and my lack of interest. Damn my art of cramming. As much as I curse cramming let me say that I love it! To tell you the truth, I work best under pressure. Except for over the top projects (such as IPs, History Projects and others, they will always be an other).
Today: Mary-like dressing. Wore a black skirt and a yellow top, I looked like an angry teacher. This that may have started suckish but it was great at the end. Because I got to wore normal clothes. Hallilujah! Training! Training! Training!

"If that's your wish . . . .
. . . . then I'll command it!"
I'm so tired even though I didn't train today (I promise to attend this Saturday. If I don't you can kill me, joke). Every time the bell rings I always worry. I don't know why but today I'm a little bit paranoid today or maybe I'm just crazy again (definition of crazy: blowing behind Aina's head so that she will get annoyed; Talking to myself until seatmates get annoyed; Fall asleep while eyes are open; Laugh while Religion Teacher teaches us about sin because of the note A gave). Come to think of it, I must be feeling both. I mean, I get paranoid every subject because I feel that there's gonna be a test and I'm going to fail it or there might be a new lesson that I will not understand because I was out last thursday. As I was saying; Darn, I'm really tired! I skipped training because I wasn't feeling so well and I've got a history that whenever I train and it's raining I become easily tired, i.e. weak (by weak I mean hyperventilating until I turn pale).
We had our music practice for "Linggo ng Wika" during our History and Health class today and it was funny because half of the class was gone and we were suppose to report about something. Anyway, I love our composition for "Linggo ng Wika". I kinda laugh (in the inside) when the teacher tried to choreograph a dance to accompany our composition and started dancing like loons (I'm just kidding. hahaha. Like Greg Evans once said "Laugh at yourself once in a while; give yourself a break." If you won't laugh at yourself once in a while then I will... okay okay, now I'm kidding!). "Hydrogen has no right to have 6 electrons!" (poor Hydrogen, must be pretty lonely on top of the periodic, table far far away from Helium)
To Do List (for Today and Tomorrow, August 26):
[x] Attend School (one down, see!)
[] Get notes in AP, Music and English (August 20 Notes)
[x] Study for Chem
[x] Attend music practice for Linggo ng Wika
[] Memorize Ions and Charges
[] Attend Softball Training
[] Make notes for Chem
[] Do Health index card (3x5. I don't know what I'm going to put in it. Seriously)
[] Read Postulate 14-16
[] Watch The Time Traveler's Wife
[] Buy sour tapes
[] Do English Report
[] Go to school and leave ate Cha's glove there (under the stairs, if you want to know where)
[] Actually live after this! :|
Events:
- Linggo ng Wika (Part 2)

J-I-N-G-O!!!
Wikipedia Results:
Jingoism - belligerent nationalism
Jingo (Novel) - from the Discworld series
Jingo - A town in Miami County, Kansas
"Jingo", fifth movement of Statements for orchestra by Aaron Copland
"By Jingo" - a minced oath from the 17th century
"Oh By Jingo!" - a popular song
Today: Played J-I-N-G-O, some crazy type of bingo that shows facts about Greek Civilization, today in AP. It's too bad we (Anna and I) didn't win. We had a "despedida" for ate Ina and we all were late for English class :)). This a truth universally acknowledge that III-Kalayaan is the best and funniest class I ever had. :> I LURVE IT! Spend dismissal time staring at someone's forehead while talking to them (ask if you must but I will not tell you why... just kidding). Forgive my impertinent behavior but how long do you think this pantomime can last?
To Do List:
[] Bring Harry Potter DVDs
[x] Attend School (my body was there but my mind was at home... sleeping)
[] Type Chem Song
[x] Do AP Homeworks (1 and 2.1&2.2)
[x] Do English Homework
[x] Do Entrep Homeworks
[x] Do Trigo Homework
Events:
- Practical Test in Music (WOOOSH!!!)
- Presentation of Periodic Trend Song
- Meeting. MTV Group
Note From my Planner: Did You Know that in Bangladesh, kids as young as 15 can be jailed for cheatin on their finals?
(Planner: This Journal Will Actually Change Your Life™!!! 2009)
Notes from the Friends: "Poems are made by fools like you! But only God can make a tree" :P ----> Dana
PS: Not only had I failed Rizal but I have failed Jesus! :(( =(( What the H--- is happening to me?

I Have Failed You, Jose Rizal / The Rest of the Day
and Manuel Quezon, Cory Aquino (may she rest in peace), Ninoy and others (you will be always an others... kidding!)
5. For 11 years of studying in school there had been lots of subjects that I've hated. Mostly I've hated Filipino and Science (every single year) but this year I can't hate Chem because I'm passing it (okay stop bragging). Filipino is so hard for me, I don't know why but it's just really hard. Ask me to read a Filipino book and it will take me a year to finish it or when I'm reading it I might fall asleep.
4. This year's grammar is like (enter any synonym for hard). Ugggh!!! Seriously!
3. Most of the time I don't care if I fail Filipino but this year is like the year I need to improve my grades. I don't get it, I passed the other subjects yet I failed Filipino (again, actually. I think I've never passed a test in Filipino), why am I so stupid? Okay, so I've never had passed a Filipino test (except for my second quarter test last year), but why can't I pass it now? I'm a Filipino and yet I can't pass a stupid test about it? (okay not stupid... really really really really and a thousand times hard). I'm a failure! FAILURE!!
2. Let my think about this... do you think I look like I'm good at this subject? I believe not! If only 'twas Spanish, French or German I got for a subject but no. English grammar is easy and it is a very short lesson but Filipino is so long! One topic can take two weeks when in English it can take the teacher 2-3 days to teach it.
1. I failed this quarter's examination. Not just failed it, I FAILED IT! WAAAH! I blame myself for focusing in memorizing stuff about Novels and didn't try to understand those grammar shiz. One word can only describe me right now, Failure. Oh wait, I mean two words, STUPID! I am a very stupid girl. I could take silly but stupid is unacceptable. Not that I've already fail but people are making me feel bad about myself. I already fail the subject and you keep on reminding me that, like I would forget!
To Do List:
[]Finish Romeo and Juliet
[x] Watch The Nanny (6:00 pm)
[x] Watch The Nanny (12:00 am)
[x] Buy candy for Innai, Anna and Arbelle
[x] Do Homeworks
[x] Give mom reply slips

5 Things I don't like about the subject Filipino
(I'm sorry for the people who likes it and reads this, and any Filipino Subject Teacher who reads this, it's just the truth. Therefore, I warn thee: The author will not write bad things about the teacher in charge; The author will not write bad words about the subject; And, The author will not be racist.)5. I'm sorry Rizal!
this day isn't so bad after all. :)) :|Today: I Failed Fipino and PE (both subjects with the Filipino language. Doesn't surprise me). I really thought that I would fail Chemistry but I didn't (now that was a surprise). I'm so pissed about my grades. It's not high and it's not low (if you didn't count my filipino and pe grade), it's just okay. I don't want it to be "just okay", I need a high grade this year. I can't say, "it's okay there's always another quarter" because there isn't going to be another quarter. Every quarter counts this year. I don't want to fail and don't go into a good university or don't graduate third year. I hate my life right now.
Okay, so there can always be a positive side in every negative day. I got my iPod back, fixed. Well maybe not that fixed, I don't have to wait until the battery is gone before charging it for some reason but it's okay. I'm good at that, though.
