To train or not to train tomorrow?
We just had our fieldtrip and we actually climb up a mountain or a big rock as I would like to call it and then going down after a few minutes. Before that we had to enter and exit a cave or a bunch of rocks making a cave shape which. I was thinking the whole time if my butt would get stuck. :)) I finally got out of the “cave” with lots of scratches but my biggest worry during the caving part was if my hair would burn off because of the candles. We also went down 100+ stairs to get to the river and I wasn’t actually planning to get in it and just soak my feet but when a classmate asked me to give a camera to the owner who was in the water at that time I tripped and my whole body was wet… and cold, then we went back up 100+ stairs and was stopping when I feel like I’m getting cramps.
Soooooo…. should I train for softball tomorrow? I really want to. But I don’t think I would survive jogging tomorrow.
